Recurring Fatal Error on authenticating connection

    I have an instance of WordPress running the latest stable version, the latest version of the Divi theme with no code modifications, and only two active plugins: the AlexaCRM Dynamics Integration plugin and the Error Log Monitor plugin by Janis Elsts (which I installed after this issue arose).

    I have verified that the Dynamics 365 credentials I am using are valid. On attempting to connect to the Dynamics 365 instance, I get the following fatal error:

    PHP Fatal error: Call to a member function getElementsByTagName() on null in /…/wp-content/plugins/integration-dynamics/vendor/alexacrm/php-crm-toolkit/src/Auth/Authentication.php on line 135

    Hi @anim8r63,

    quick thing to try is to check the box to ignore SSL errors. There are certain runtime environments where CA stack includes invalid certificates which would cause a similar error.

    If that does not help, please email [email protected] connection configuration screenshot from the plugin so that we can troubleshoot futher.
