• Recurring events option does not work. There is no end date that you can fill out or choose. It results that you cannot activate the recurring option due to the way your code is probably written. Is it a bug? Glitch? Coding error? My mistake?

    I also tried to contact your chat, but after waiting a while, chat was disconnected and no longer worked. And still offline while you state there should be someone available.

    First of all, it’s not a bug. If you want to create a recurring event you need to add the event start date and end date.
    Maybe we are having a misunderstanding about how to add the event start and end date.

    Hi,

    I just want to ask, can single-day events be set as recurring events? I tried setting my single events to recurring but it is not working. What is the workaround for this?

    We already replied to your support ticket on our system. The recurrence can be a single-day event. If the parent event is a single-day event, the child recurrences will be only one.
