We’ve created and published a bunch of recurring events, yet they don’t appear in the events listing, calendar, or if you click to view the individual instances of a given recurring event.

Is there an option somewhere that needs to be turned on to actually generate the individual events?

    Thanks!

Was just able to get the individual recurring event instances to generate by editing a recurring event, clicking Reschedule Recurring Event, changing the To or From date, then clicking Update. Need to repeat this for every one, so the bug is just that the events aren’t generated on the initial add/save of a new recurring event?

Tried disabling the handful of plugins along with switching to a default theme, same issue. At least there’s a workaround for the moment!

The series of recurring events should be generated as soon as you publish the recurring event.

Which version of Events Manager are you using?

The latest version is installed (5.7.2).

I just tried loading up Events Manager on a brand new site with no other plugins, and adding a recurring event first worked as expected. Not sure if the issue was adding a single, non-recurring event first or some other setting difference but will keep trying to replicate the issue on a second site so it’s more reproducible.

Can you try with the Dev version of the plugin? It contains bug fixes to the way recurring events work which may be relevant to this issue.
