Recurring Events, missing options

    I’ve used this Plugin for several years, yet today when I added a new Recurring Event, the typical field choices were totally missing, so I cannot choose the Third Monday of February, for example. The only fields are:
    * Event Times
    * Timezone
    * Recurrences Span Between
    * The Event Repeats __, every __ year
    * Each event spans _ day(s)
