Link is to an example – we get an almost endless scroll of the event. We’re Pro subscribers but can’t seem to remember under whose name we created the login! I tried setting up a support ticket anyway, but the form wouldn’t load!

    Thanks

    Hi @mediaseth

    Thanks for reaching out.

There could be a plugin/theme conflict on your end. Have you tried running a conflict test??I suggest conducting these tests on a Staging Server.

Moreover, it seems you have an active license with us. For us to help you better and follow WordPress Forum Guidelines regarding premium users, please open a Support Ticket on our Help Desk. Please include the license key on your support ticket for us to confirm it accordingly.

You’ll hear from one of my colleagues soon!

Thank you. I was unable to remember my password or under which employee’s email the account is under. I’m not sure I know how to use a staging server. I’ll take a look – thanks.
