Recurring events are on the wrong day

Since the last time I updated, my recurring events for July forward are now on Tuesday instead of Wednesday. When I look at the specific event, it shows that it repeats on Wednesday. Why did this happen and what can I do to fix it?

Board Meeting – 1st Wednesday of the month
