Recurring donations

  • Hi there, I see that I have the option to add recurring monthly payments to donations, but I wanted to know if I’m able to set it up as the only option?

    I don’t want donations to include one time payments, only the options to choose from the donation prices and recurring payments.

    Please let me know.

  • Hi Giulia, thanks for reaching out. Yes, you can remove one-time option from your donation form. To do that, go to the campaign editor > Advanced tab. Under “Donation Intervals” section, uncheck “One-time” checkbox and enable other recurring intervals as per your need. Then click “Update & Preview”.
