Recurring Donation Checkbox Missing

    Hello,
    We’ve purchased the Recurring Donation add-on. For this form, I’ve set Recurring Donations to “Yes – Donor’s Choice”. Now I see the “Make this donation ever _” option but the checkbox at the beginning of the line is missing.
    Please advise.
