Recurring Date range

  • My client teaches workshops, and I want to be able to list the date range of her recurring (weekly) classes like this:
    Dates: 2/25/15 – 4/1/15

    Is there any way to achieve this?
    I’ve been playing with the template tags for the widget and can use {began}, but where’s the end?
    daterange, multidate, enddate… none of those work for recurring end dates.

    Thanks for any help…. I’m loving this calendar so far.
    And just a suggestion for the widgets. Instead of Upcoming Events, it would be cool be able to select featured events/classes. (In this case, I’m listing current class with dates, not just the upcoming weekly dates).

    Hmm. You’re right; I don’t have an equivalent tag to grab the end of a recurring range. daterange is targeted at grouped events, so it works slightly differently.

    A featured events widget is an interesting idea; I’ll take it into consideration. I’ll add a template tag to provide something equivalent to {begin} for the next release.
