Recurring countdown on every first monday of the month

I placed a timer on my website with your plugin counting down from a month’s days to 0. Obviously in a 30 day’s month he would count down 30 days.
However i want it rather to countdown from every first monday of the monday, to the next first monday of the following month.
Is this possible ?
