    In our WordPress WooCommerce site, we are using a subscription model. However, we are recently facing a strange issue that is causing us losses. We offer a yearly plan, but the issue is that the system is suddenly auto-renewing and charging users multiple times, not just once. You can see an example in this screenshot (https://prnt.sc/Pwty17dDlPql). The users’ subscription deadlines haven’t even passed, yet the system continues to charge many subscribers repeatedly.     Hi @razel16dcm, thanks for reaching out! WooCommerce Subscriptions is a premium extension, support for which is provided via the WooCommerce.com account of the account that holds the active license for it.

    Kindly log into that account on WooCommerce.com and submit a support request via the Get support tab. We look forward to hearing from you!
