    Hello there.
    Hope all ok!
    I am new here and I need to know how to solve this situation:
    – Almost every day we got the error below when trying to login Wp-Admin
    – Our support team and marketing team is located in two different countries

    ERROR: We’re sorry, but this IP range has been blocked due to too many recent failed login attempts.
    Please try again later.

    Can you please explain me (as I′m new on this things) how we can solve this now and if it happens again if it is possible and how a unique person can unblock the access for others?

    1. MOve from “accessibility” to “fixing wordpress” as this is not an accessibility issue.

    2. Do you have any security plugins installed that might block IPs?

    3. If not, please contact your host.

    Steven, thanks for your answer.

    1 – OK, sorry for the mistake.

    2 – Yes, I already confirm was a plugin called “Login LockDown” that blocked for 60 minutes after 3 attempts of login failed in 5 minutes period.

    Meanwhile as I got the access I deactivated it.

    Be sure to put your own IP address on the “don’t block” list for your plugin!
