Recurrent Error Cannot Acesss Wp-Admin – IP Range blocked

Hello there.
Hope all ok!
I am new here and I need to know how to solve this situation:
– Almost every day we got the error below when trying to login Wp-Admin
– Our support team and marketing team is located in two different countriesERROR: We’re sorry, but this IP range has been blocked due to too many recent failed login attempts.
Please try again later.Can you please explain me (as I′m new on this things) how we can solve this now and if it happens again if it is possible and how a unique person can unblock the access for others?
