my customers tell me that they don’t receive the link to recover their password when they forget it? an idea on the solution? thank you
Are other emails sending out? The first thing I would check would be to go to “WP-Admin → WooCommerce → Settings → Advanced” and make sure that the endpoint for ‘Lost password’ is set.
If it is, and the email is still not sending out, I recommend installing Email Log to see if the email is triggered at all. If it is, but your customers do not receive it, I’d install an SMTP plugin. You can read more about email issues here: https://docs.woocommerce.com/document/email-faq/
If all else fails, issues like this may be caused by either a conflict with your theme or with another plugin. You can read more about plugin and theme conflicts here: https://docs.woocommerce.com/document/woocommerce-self-service-guide/
The best way to determine if the issue is being caused by a theme and/or plugin is to do the following:
1. Temporarily switch your theme back to the [Storefront](https://woocommerce.com/products/storefront/?aff=10486&cid=1131038) theme (it’s free)
2. Disable all plugins except for WooCommerce
3. Test to see if the issue has been resolved.
4. If that resolves the issue, then slowly re-enable features until you find the one that’s causing the conflict.
