Recreating WPBakery part with plugin

  • Hi,
    I am trying to find a better way to create the section part way down with the title ‘OUR VISION’, and as you can see as you reduce the page size, it does not scale well!

    Does anyone know of any plugins that might be able to achieve this instead, as I think I’m at the limits of what WPBakery can achieve?
