Recreating carousel with buttons

Hello guys, I am very new in WordPress and I would like to ask for a bit of help,
I am trying to recreate a carousel with buttons, and shadows like on this website: (Services that bring your vision to life section) so an user can switch between photos either by dragging or clicking those buttons.
