    Hi,

    I’ve had so many issues with products not updating and errors showing (I only have straight forward simple products). I decided to start from scratch and delete the Initial product sync from WooCommerce, uninstall and delete the plugin and start again. Turns out, that doesn’t sort the problem.

    Any help in how I can re-create the initial product sync from Woocommerce would be appreciated (and yes, I did hover for a long time over the delete button, as I did read DO NOT DELETE as part of the file name).

    Thanks for reaching out to us. I’m really sorry to hear that our plugin has caused you multiple issues. I’d be happy to help you further investigate this. ??

    As a first step, would you mind sharing a bit more regarding the errors you’ve encountered? Do your products fail to sync as expected or have you encountered a different error instead?

    Regarding starting from scratch, you can disconnect our plugin from your site, however, this might not delete the catalog that has been created. You can do that by navigating at WooCommerce > Facebook > Connection tab and click on the “Uninstall” button available there.

    Lastly, could you also a bit more information on what steps you’ve followed before that showed the “Do Not Delete” as part of the file name?
