• Hi so, my situation is i just want to log on to my page which i cant seem to do so. Although i am aware of what’s causing this i am not able to solve it. It is due to my plug in that had cause my website to have a crictical error hence resulting me to get to the recovery page. but when i open the link sent by wordpress, it says “the recovery page is not initialized”.
I do not have any IT or coding knowledge so if there’s anyone out there please help me get my site back up. i dont even have my cpanel logon credentials.

That’s the first thing you’ll need. In many ways, it’s more important than your WordPress login credentials.

In a sense, you’re concerned that you can’t get to your kitchen, but you don’t even have your house keys.

Consult your hosting provider’s documentation or support for details.

Once you have sorted that out, try?manually resetting your plugins?(no Dashboard access required). If that resolves the issue, reactivate each one individually until you find the cause.

If that does not resolve the issue, access your server via SFTP or FTP, or a file manager in your hosting account’s control panel (consult your hosting provider’s documentation for specifics on these), navigate to /wp-content/themes/ and rename the directory of your currently active theme. Hopefully, this will force the default theme to activate and rule out a theme-specific issue (theme functions can interfere like plugins).
