Recovery mode link not working

  • Hi. I did a bunch of updates on my website last week, including themes. Suddenly, my website crashed. I couldn’t log in anymore. However, I received the recovery email with the source of the problem : Syndey theme. However, the recovrey link doesn’t work. I can read this message : “recovery mode not initiatized.”

    Therefore I am stuck as I cannot log in to fix the problem.

    Any idea how to get around that error ?

    Hey, impactcom, are you able to login through FTP? If so, then I’d recommend disabling your theme via that method.
