Recovery Email Not Sending

Hello, I have a site hosted on GoDaddy that I access through a wordpress login page. Just recently I somehow lost access to this site. Whenver i click on “lost your password?” and give them my info it seems to process normally. However I never receive an email with a recovery link. please help!!
