Yes, the share counts should be retained unless you have a change in url structure(permalinks).

The permalinks are the same, /%year%/%monthnum%/%day%/%postname%/

The share numbers should be the same. If you are noticing a change, can you share your site url here?

the first url is sudomain redirect and the secons is the original url.
