Recover Lost Favorites

A member of our website has lost their favorites and is no longer showing. I don’t know if they wiped them out by accident or it’s a browser caching issue. I do have older database backups. What I’d like is to know the name of the database table and table structure and what is stored, so I can attempt to extract their list of favorites?
