Recover followers by email

Hi

I used to had a wordpress.com site. I changed this to my own domain naim & www.remarpro.com. On my wordpress.com blog I had about 500 followers who followed the blog by email. I would now like to transfer them to my new blog. Can anyone tell me how I can do that?

I installed a plugin that leads all readers from the old site to the new one.
