    Thank you but I am afraid that even after the update we are still getting the same error:

    678 users found, recounting…
    The server has returned an internal error.

    Hi @techspt

    We just released another update with some extra checks to avoid recount activity if the data on the user profile is incorrect

    But, be sure you have LearnDash up to date

    If your issue persists, please, contact to the LearnDash team to check if there is corrupted data on your user completed quizzes
