Records not syncing with Stripe

    Hello,

    We are accepting donations on our website via Give + Stripe. There is problem with couple of records not showing in our Give.

    For example in Stripe we hav a payment recorded for Jan 3rd 2018, but not in Give. No matter how many times we sync payee’s record it doesn’t show up.

    Is there any clue what could be the problem here?
