• I have the latest update installed. and I am using the short codes..it used to work.. now it says no records found..i double checked the meeting-id and everything matches.. Plz help! wonderful app btw!

    Somethings to check.

    If both those conditions are met – then the recording should indeed be fetched.
    Please also let me know :

    • Which shortcode are you using ?
    • Is it a recurring meeting or a regular meeting ?

    Hello. Im pretty sure I’ve set everything up right correctly because everything used to work.. this is shortcode im using :
    [zoom_api_link meeting_id=”#####” link_only=”no”]
    [zoom_recordings_by_meeting meeting_id=”#####” downloadable=”no”]

    and only the recordings are not fetched when i update the plugin to the latest..if i use the old plugin it fetches most of my old recordings.. just not the latest..but if i update the plugin then it says no recordings found.. this is a recurring meeting btw..

    I will double check the scopes and let you know.

    you suggested go here : https://zoomdocs.codemanas.com/setup/#recordings and check the scopes.. on here the screenshots show everything unchecked.

    The screenshots there are showing that those scopes need to be enabled.
    So please make sure those are selected.

    Yes i have had all recording scopes checked. .. also everything as far as App Credentials match .. SDK and app both activated.. its very strange.. the new plugin update always returns ‘no recording found..’ and the old plugin which I reverted back to, because that at least gets the old recordings to display, but not recent/future recordings?
