Recording What Page the Form Was Completed On?

    Hi,

    I was wondering if there was a way to register what page someone completed the form on. For instance we have it as a sidebar widget but I think it would be helpful to know which interior page is generating RFI completions.

    Does anyone know of a way to do this?
