Recording Time?

    Hi! Love the plug-in! I have set it to record pages on my site. Will that continue until I turn it off? If I turn my computer off and come back the next day, will I see stats for the time the computer was off?

    Just learning about heat maps. Thanks!

    Hi there!

    Glad you like the plugin and the product.

    Recording is independent from you being logged or not. As soon as you enable recording on the pages — and keep the plugin enabled of course –, we track all page views and clicks (without no sampling) from every visitor of your site ??
    Note also that we do not record your activity while you are logged in so you don’t add any bias to the statistics.
