    Hi, tried to contact on slack but I have a question, when recording it seems to save the video files in .ts as well as the files only being a few seconds short. For a broadcast that is going on for 1 hour, this is an inconvenience as we need to stitch all the clips together. Is there any solution for this?

    Thank you for you interest in the Agora Video for WordPress plugin.

    The files are recording in 15 second segments in the .ts format because that is the industry standard format for video streaming over http. The .ts is an .mpeg2 video format, and the .m3u8 file is the playlist that specifies the order of the .ts files. Thse formats follow the industry standard and are optimized for video streaming over http.

    If you wish to merge the files into a single mp4, Agora’s documentation provides a guide on how to do merge the files into a single file.
