Question 1: Does the free version record entries into a database?

Question 2: Can the dropdowns get information from a dynamic database?

    Hello!

1: It does but currently the free version doesnt has an entries screen. This will be added soon though.

2: No sorry, for this you might need to use a lookup field which is included in the full version, the look up field dropdowns can be filled in 3 ways:

1.- Using information from another form

    2.- From the users table

    3.- From a url

So if you want to fill it using the data of another form you just need to configure the lookup field to do so, but if you want to fill it using the information from a different table you would first need to create a service(basically a php file) that the lookup fields can query.

    Regards!
