    Hello, there.

The IP address and domain errors sound like they might be related to your local network or browser and are unusual.

Because of that, can I ask you to do the following exact steps in a web browser that you don’t normally use to make sure you can have the freshest Jetpack connection possible?

    1. From the wp-admin dashboard of your site, please go to Jetpack > Dashboard > Connections > “Manage site connection” from your left-hand menu.

    2. Click the “Disconnect” button. If it’s already disconnected, you can skip to the next step.

    3. Deactivate your Jetpack plugin by heading to Plugins > Installed Plugins and finding “Jetpack by WordPress.com.”

    4. Completely uninstall Jetpack.

    5. Reinstall the newest version of Jetpack.

    6. Activate Jetpack.

    7. In Jetpack > Dashboard > Connections > “Manage site connection,” Click the “Set up Jetpack” button and continue through the approval process.

I’m having you try to reinstall Jetpack now because I noticed Jetpack was originally set up to use https://www.ibazenawe.com as your site’s URL, but your site is actually using https://ibazenawe.com instead. I updated the URL, so the reinstallation should help.

Please let us know the results of this troubleshooting and we can go from there. Thanks!

That sounds like your ISP may have blocked us. Are you able to access WordPress.com from a cellular device while connected to your cellular data carrier? If you can connect outside of the network that you’re using, then it would be good to rule out any security blocks on your network.

Do you have any firewall services set up on the network? Can you make sure that WordPress.com isn’t blocked there?

I’d also check with your internet provider to make sure that they haven’t blocked WordPress.com for some reason.

Once you’re able to load WordPress.com, then you should be able to successfully connect Jetpack as well.

    Hi @lux4jean,

Thanks for trying that. It definitely sounds like your network provider is blocking you. Can you reach out to their customer service team to see if they can help?
