    Jetpack Mechanic ??

With Jetpack, your stats information is connected to a unique blog ID. Sometimes, if a site owner was using a development site or a different address when they set up Jetpack, disconnecting may create a new blog ID. When this happens, it may appear that your stats were lost.

That’s what happened on your site; it previously used a different site URL, rowntreemontessori.com/focus-pro/.

I have fixed the issue, and you should be able to get your Stats and Subscribers back by going to the Jetpack menu in your dashboard, and disconnecting / reconnecting to WordPress.com.

    Thank you …

however this did not work.. I’ve disconnected and reconnected and it’s still missing the last year’s stats..

Could you try disconnecting from WordPress.com, and letting me know when it’s done?

    Thanks!

Could you give me an example of a post where you experienced issues, so I can take a closer look?

Interesting. There is nothing wrong with your post, and nothing wrong with the Open Graph Meta Tags generated by Jetpack. They include the Featured Image, but for some reason Facebook originally failed to find that tag and use it to generate the proper post preview.

At this point I’m afraid I can’t really investigate more, as the problem is now solved, and Facebook is able to grab the Featured Image. Could you let me know if this happens again with another post in the future?

    Ok thank you,

I appreciate you investigating and AWESOME on the stats for us!
