Recommended uninterruptable audio/media player for wp?

Hi everyone

Quite new to WordPress, so please accept my apologies for the newbie question.

I would very much like to integrate an audio player that plays an uninterrupted stream of music via playlists into a wordpress page.
What I mean here is a player that will stream music uninterrupted, regardless if the reader moves from page to page within the wordpress blog.

I’m hoping that blog readers will be able to read the blog content and enjoy the tracks from a playlist without interruption caused by reading different posts, etc.

Is such a thing possible with wordpress, and if so which plugin/ solution should i be looking at.

Ideally something that would work with video too would be fantastic!!
