• Still having this issue, it’s been going on for months. I save a custom image, update the product (not reprocess), and it goes right back to the scraped image. I really need help with this … I am getting tired of not being able to offer certain items because they have a bad main image on Amazon.

    Thanks so much for reaching back out! Our engineers are still working on this particular issue and plan to have a fix out in one of our future releases. It looks like we were hoping for a quicker turn around for this one but ended up having to push it back so it didn’t make it into one of our recent “hotfix” releases.

    FYI … yesterday’s update made the issue even worse. Now, not only are custom images not saved, but recommended products randomly disappear from cards and need to be re-added several times before they stick.

    I sent a couple emails to that address and received responses from customer service reps who clearly had no technical support knowledge. These are bugs that need to be addressed by plugin development team.

    Thanks so much for getting back to us and sorry about the delay here as we were out of the office for a bit due to the holidays.

    As far as sending in an email, I wasn’t able to find a specific email that you had sent in but our email support is a more direct contact to our plugin development team and engineers. Emailing us typically helps us gather data a bit faster than on the support forums which we can then forward along to our engineers.

    That being said, we were able to recreate some issues on the latest version with Recommended Products disappearing and our engineers do have a planned fix for this in our next patched release (1.7.5).

    I don’t have an exact ETA, but our goal currently is to have that out sometime early next week.
