Recommended default settings?

I just downloaded WP Fastest Cache today. It has a number of options, and other than the first check-box, I’m uncertain which ones to select!

I assumed the plugin would already have suggested options selected, and so far I can’t find suggested basic settings.

My question please: For a basic company website, with a few large photos, are there suggested/recommended default settings to start out with?
