Plug & play ??
I’ve tested this plugin on a few sites and can really recommend it.
One thing I like in particular is that answers (can) include links to relevant pages/posts on the website which is something not all plugins manage.
There is not complicated setup/installation and it’s easy to customise the chatbot icon

Drawbacks at the moment (state November 24):

• small bug in the backend menu implying that one setting is not showing correctly
• no batch selection of post/pages which makes it quite time consuming to add content on larger sites
• PDF search is in beta and needs improvement
• I am having issues one one site where the Chatbot doesn’t show;
  When this is sorted out, I’ll go for the pro version
