Recommendations for an Email Share Plug-in

I need a plug-in that can do the following:

• enable sendmail through WP as an “email a friend” capability added to my posts
• display an email button with a sequential counter (identical to the facebook and tritter share buttons with their counters displayed vertically) that can track the number of share-mails sent and display in a vertical box above the button
• give me the ability to select which posts the email share resides on
• would like the button and counter box to be somewhat customizable (but this is not mandatory requirement)

Can anyone suggest any sort of plug-in that can do this? Thanks so much for your help.
