Recommendations for a Twitter Plug-in?

  • Does anyone have a recommendation for a Twitter plug-in that tweets your post headline when you update your blog?

    I am looking for something like the one available with WordPress.com.

    It looks like there are a lot of plug-ins out there, I want to get one that is recommended by other people.
