Recommendations for a limited access plugin…?

I am looking for a plugin that will allow people to register as a user on my site, and they will have access to a certain page on it. On the 4th day from when they registered though I would like their access to that page to be revoked.

Can anyone suggest a reliable plugin for this? Thank you!
