Recommendations – a plugin to manage users rights

  • Hi,
    I would like to create 2 groups of users – one which has a right to post to my site and one which does not. I would like a database containing the email addresses of each group; and I would like for people to choose to join either group by clicking a button on my site.

    I have looked around and found a multitude of plugins that do similar things, but none that seem to do them all.

    Recommendations on which plugin I could use will be gratefully received…
