Recommendation request: Blog Client for Mac OS X & Bluehost-ing ?

Hi, I’m working to set up WordPress for the first time. Preferring to do the writing and design OFF LINE, (limited bandwidth) I’d love to have a blog client which integrates well with Mac OS X AND WordPress (installed on BlueHost).
