Recommendation for use of Analytics and Adsense

I opend a new post because SEO. This makes easyer to find the solution for people they google for this:
There are some Plugins i found to add Analytics code. The best i found was: Google Analytics Dashboard for WP (GADWP) But the problem here is that Hummingbird cant optimize the output of this plugin:

As you see i have the same problem for AdSense. But AdSense i just place in the
footer.phpof my Theme, because the AdSense Plugins i found looks all very very bad…How can i fix this? Or you guys can maybe implement a solution to add clean and nice analytics and adsense js code files? (This would be the best option i think)

But btw: https://travel.budak.info/…form-7/includes/css/styles.css?ver=5.0.2 isnt stupported to. And this css file is imported in wp_head dynamicly ??
