Recommendation for a Simple Ecommerce Theme?

  • I’m interested in your suggestion for a simple ecommerce WP theme.

    All of the themes I look at are for extensive functionality: lots of products, user accounts, categorization, latest product highlights, user reviews, and so on. For my case, my store has about six items. Furthermore, it’s rare that someone would purchase more than one item.

    What would you recommend for a WP ecommerce theme meant to handle a small product line then? Thanks.

  • depending on how the plugin is written then you can use any theme with it.

    I recommend you the eShop wordpress plugin, is quite useful and easy to install on any theme

    You might also take a look at “Market Theme”. It’s got a couple methods of operation. You can have a standard shopping cart setup, where a customer can add multiple products before checking out — or you can change a setting, and it will operate on a single click “Buy Now” operation if most people only order one item.
