Recommend method to navigate File Change Warnings…?

I inherited a site that uses iThemes Security, and I get lot of of File Change Warning emails, sometimes with just a couple of items and sometimes hundreds.

How does one begin to figure out which are normal and which are to be concerned about? When I use WordFence for security, there is an easy way to see the difference between the files before and after the changes.

Drowning in warnings…I would love to turn off the ones I don’t need.
