Recommend me a plugin. Limit access to register users in admin panel to events??

  • I want other users be able to log into the site admin ?area, but not be able to see all of it or have the ability to make changes – I want to restrict access to certain registered users are only able to view and add new events.

    In addition to this once events are created I want my account (the site administrator) to approve the events before they are made public.

    Does a plugin/mod exist for this?
