Recommend me a no sidebar simple clean theme?

Ive been looking for a simple theme to use as a static portfolio style website rather than a blog – without a sidebar, so it has full width space for text and images in a page.
I really like this one – Lindquist portfolio theme https://redworks.sk/linquist/ , but have had trouble getting an image in the header. I would also like to place a background image, but unsure how to go about that either. Im not acomplete newbie to customising wp themes but this one is a bit different.

If anyone can point to me to a similar theme, or help with customising linquists one, that would be very helpful. Happy to donate a ‘coffee’ or two for some help!
