Relatively easy to figure it out. Customizing CSS and modifying to incorporate a few of my own features was easy.

The drag-and-drop re-ordering of images quits working at some point, though I’m unsure how many images it takes for that to break. I believe that problem is inherent in bxSlider, which this plugin uses, so it’s not actually the fault of the plugin, but it’s a problem for me.

Customer support, even on the free version — which is when I often test support services — is fabulous. They respond quickly and to the actual request (not BS).
