recomendation Instruction Plugin for new wordpress user ?

    currently i’m running multi user WordPress 4.4.2, i have a problem as most of my user doesnt know how to use basic wordpress function (creating post,insert image,edit profile etc) ,i have created pages with detail instruction for all but i don’t know how to put all that link on user dashboard

    what i have in mind is ,something like when my user login either they will be redirected to instruction pages or on user dashboard displayed message with link to specific instruction (sidebar or Top section dashboard)

    does any one can recommend me plugin which able to do like this?
