Reciprocal links on WordPress page dont get recognized

I was trying to sign up to more than 20 directories and they dont recognize reciprocal links that I post on WordPress page (I link to it from the footer (so link to it is basically visible every time, and these sites dont have a requirement of posting links on any particular page).

I checked that through online proxies and hidemyass is not showing the page, but others do. The link is something like https://my-blog-name.com/partners

Is there any way to figure out whats going on with this? Thank you.
