Recipes are not showing up on Mobile

    Hello,

    I am having an issue when posting new recipes. The new recipes show up on the desktop view of the site, but when I view the site on my mobile phone, the new recipes do not appear. I’ve tried adding new recipes from scratch and they also don’t show up. I’ve also tried duplicating a recipe that does show up, but the duplicate does not show up on mobile when published. I have no idea how to get these recipes to show up on mobile devices. Please help.

    Hello @ccandg I am looking at the page you posted on mobile and on desktop and I see the same recipes listed. Can you point me to a particular recipe that shows up on desktop but not on mobile so I can investigate?

    @xjsv Are you viewing it on an actual mobile device or just constraining your desktop browser to be mobile size?

    The first four recipes on this page: https://zalliefamilymarkets.com/healthy-communities/all-recipes/recipe-category/on-air-eats/ are showing up on desktop and not mobile. The recipes are as follows

    Chickpea-Cookie Dough Dip
    Sweet Potato and Black Bean Chili
    Mediterranean Grilled Crostini Snacks
    Tuscan Tuna, White Bean and Avocado Salad

    It specifically doesn’t show up on mobile devices. If you shrink your browser to emulate a phone screen, they will show up, but if you view it on an actual phone they are gone.

    @ccandg Yes I am actually using my mobile device and not a browser simulating mobile.

    On desktop I see:

    I see the same recipes in the same order when checking on my mobile device.

    Perhaps this is a status issue? What status are these recipes in?

    @xjsv They are all set to published. It’s very confusing because they show up on desktop, but not mobile. Can you send me a screenshot of what you’re seeing? These 4 recipes should be at the top:

    Chickpea-Cookie Dough Dip

    Mediterranean Grilled Crostini Snacks
    Tuscan Tuna, White Bean and Avocado Salad

    For both Mobile and Desktop.

    It was a CDN Caching issue. It’s been resolved after we purged the cache.
