Recipe shortcodes and AMP

Hi. I just installed AMP today, and I can see it working on my regular non-recipe posts. I have a food blog though, and most of my posts contain recipe cards that are inserted in my post with a shortcode. With AMP enabled for my recipe posts, just the short code appears instead of the actual recipe:

AMP version: https://wearychef.com/gluten-free-peanut-chicken-thai-pizza/amp/

Is there a workaround for this, or should I plan to only have AMP enabled for posts without recipes?
